Madonna Says Her Kids Got Her Through A “Near Death” Experience

Madonna opened up to the crowd at a recent “Celebration” tour stop where she talked about a bacterial infection that had her hospitalized for five days. She took two months to recover and said she didn’t think she was going to make it. The thing that saved her life she says, is feeling like she needed to be there “for my children.”

The past few months, Madonna’ kids, Estere, David, Stella and Mercy, have joined their mom on stage. In the post, Madonna reveals she had a ‘near-death experience’ while rehearsing for the show, but her kids ‘never stopped’ cheering her on and supporting her. Son Rocco, whom she shares with ex- Guy Ritchie, recently held an opening for his art exhibit she was able to be at with some of his siblings.
