A rare guitar once owned and played by the Beatles made an appearance Sunday on Antiques Roadshow.

George Harrison gave the 1960s built, prototype fretless guitar to a member of his film company after noticing that the man was “definitely getting more out of it than I am.”

Since photographic proof of the instrument being part of Harrison’s collection exists, the popular BBC television program was able to value the piece between £300,000 and £400,000 ($382,000-$510,000 USD).

“I think in 25 years it’s by far the most expensive thing I’ve ever seen,” noted Antiques Roadshow expert Jon Baddeley.
