Zac Efron Shares Update After Pool Accident

We’re learning a little more about Zac Efron’s pool-scare. His brief hospitalization in Ibiza over the weekend was the result of a dive gone wrong in the pool. Efron reportedly hit the bottom and ingested water in his lungs. He was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure.
