Radiohead’s anthem “Creep” is a standout in the band’s career, but it was actually barred from being played by the BBC in the ’90s!

“Creep” was banned by the British Broadcasting Corporation because of its content.

Apparently, the song was considered too “depressing” for airplay in 1992. The inclusion of an F-bomb didn’t help.

The song was eventually re-released in 1993 and made its way onto UK charts.
