Classic rock was the big star in many of the Super Bowl commercials on Sunday.
In Facebook’s offering, Twisted Sister’s classic “I Wanna Rock” featured the anthemic chorus played over images of all sorts of “rock-related” groups who have pages on the social media site.
Climbing the famed steps at Philadelphia’s Museum of Art, the hooded figure leading the “Rocky Balboa Going the Distance” runners was revealed to be Chris Rock, who joked, “Who’d you expect?”
Of course, Rocky himself, Sylvester Stallone, then appears, announcing, “I don’t know, me?”
