Adult learners make up 40% of postsecondary college students.
Postsecondary is defined as anyone over the age of 25.
Here are some things to consider before you head back to the classroom:
- Time. Do you have the time to commit and the balance between family, work, and school?
- Finances. Can you afford it? How much debt is this going to put you in?
- Opportunity Cost. How much will the degree cost you vs how much is it worth
Consider using your LinkedIn connections and doing some research about the degree you are interested in before signing up, committing both your time and money.
