The Rolling Stones Made This Much Money On The No Filter Tour
It’s good to be the Rolling Stones, who just brought in a ton of money from their three-year, three-leg No Filter Tour.
According to Billboard Boxscore, the Brit rockers have joined their previous A Bigger Bang run of dates in the Top 10 of all-time grossing tours, the only band to have two on this chart, earning $415.6 million from 2,290,871 tickets sold.
The Stones took in around $11.1 million per show in North America, despite the smaller US and Canadian attendance figures, averaging 49,041 tickets per night.
Here’s something else incredible: Since Billboard started keeping track, The Stones have sold 27.2 million tickets over a reported 679 concerts, earning $2.386 billion.
What’s the biggest concert you’ve attended? Have you seen the Stones live? How many times?
