The 64th Grammy Award Nominees

The nominees for the 64th Grammy Awards have been announced!

The surprise of the announcement was the expanding of the number of nominees in the big four general field categories from eight to 10 nominees.

Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Best New Artist will now all feature 10 nominees, up from eight in past years.

The Grammy Awards will be handed out Jan. 31st in Los Angeles.
