“Sweet Child O’ Mine” Hits New Milestone

Guns N’ Roses is celebrating a huge milestone.

The band’s iconic “Sweet Child O’ Mine” has reached one billion streams on Spotify.

The 1987 tune is now part of Spotify’s Billions Club, which also includes Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” Linkin Park’s “In the End,” Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” and Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

The song was also the first ’80s video to hit a billion views on YouTube.
