Springsteen Could Get Up To $415 Million For Song Catalog

Earlier this week, it was reported that Bruce Springsteen was looking to sell his song catalog for somewhere between $175-$200 million.

Turns out the Boss’s music is worth a whole lot more than that.

According to a reports, Bruce is negotiating a deal with Sony Music for as much as $415 million – a deal Variety says is “nearly done”.

If true, Springsteen’s deal would exceed the $400 million that Universal paid to Bob Dylan for his song catalog last year.

How much do you think Bruce Springsteen’s song catalog is worth?  Why are so many artists cashing out like this?
