Section of Central Avenue to be Renamed “John S. Asher Way” In Honor of John Asher
Kentucky Derby 145 will be the first without the legendary John Asher in decades. But John will never be forgotten with the amazing ways that the city is rallying together in his memory.
A section of Central Avenue, right by Churchill Downs, has officially been renamed “John S. Asher Way”.
