Report: Most Restaurant Customers Don’t Want To Wait More Than 5 Minutes for Their Order

A survey of restaurant customers has revealed their restaurant expectations.

20% of restaurant customers are annoyed after waiting two minutes to order at the drive-thru window.

70% get annoyed if they have to wait 5 minutes.

47% said they feel like delivery and takeout orders have resulted in longer waits when they’re ordering in person.

38% believe dine-in business is less of a priority than digital orders.
