Rare Rolling Stones Whisky Heading To Auction
June 4, 2019 12:12PM EDT
To celebrate the Rolling Stones turning 50 back in 2012, a Japanese whisky company filled just 150 bottles with a super rare blend. Now one will head to the block on Wednesday.
Inside the crystal “tongue and lips” bottle, the spirit uses Yamazaki malts from years of historic importance to the Brit icons.
Topped with a diamond-shaped stopper, the decorative glass is cradled in a box modeled after a black couch.
When the gavel comes down, auctioneers in Scotland expect the set to bring in $44,300 USD.
