Queen Drummer’s Message to Critics of Biopic: ‘F*** You’

In spite of the overwhelming success of 2018’s “Bohemian Rhapsody,” there are critics who panned the film for being too routine. And now Queen’s drummer has delivered a message to them: “F*** you.”

Roger Taylor made the comment in an interview with Planet Rock. Asked for his opinion on critics who didn’t like the blockbuster, Taylor replied, “F*** you. F*** you all the way to the bank.”

Taylor went on to note that most of the unfavorable reviews came from critics in his native England. “There was kind of an expectation of disaster,” he said. “We’re a funny old country, aren’t we? The trouble with Queen is we’re too f***ing popular, and a lot of the media just hate that.”
