You might want to file this one under “stupid criminal” stories.
Police pulled over a driver in Millersburg, Kentucky after something just didn’t seem right with their license plate.
Sure enough, upon closer inspection the license plate was fake. It had been drawn by hand.
And it was missing one key detail – the registration sticker.
