Phil Collins and his Genesis bandmates agreed to sell their publishing copyrights and “a mix of recorded music-income streams” to Concord Music Group in a deal reportedly worth upward of $300 million.

Also included in the deal is all three of Collins’ multiplatinum solo albums and Mike Rutherford’s band Mike & the Mechanics. The catalogs of Peter Gabriel and other former members of Genesis were not included in the deal.
