Multiple Jif peanut butter products are being recalled due to an outbreak of salmonella linked to a Lexington, Kentucky, manufacturing facility.

The company  issued a voluntary recall on Friday.

The Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are investigating the outbreak that spans 12 states so far.

Currently, 14 people have reported illnesses and two of those cases have resulted in hospitalizations.
