The Prince of Darkness is already back in the studio working on a new album.

Talking with Radio.com, Osbourne has confirmed that he is “doing another record right now” and working with producer Andrew Watt once again.

He released his previous solo album Ordinary Man back in February. Watt served as producer on that album as well.

It’s obviously been good for Osbourne through the pandemic. He says, “It’s what gets me up in the morning, and it’s what I’m here to do. It saved my life, doing that last album. [It’s better than] sitting on my ass all day waiting for the f***ing pandemic to be over. And then you go, ‘Oh, yeah, I am a rock and roller. I’d better do an album.’ You’ve got all the fucking time in the world to make the best album possible.”

While there is no word yet on who will join Osbourne on the album, we can be sure that he knows some pretty good possibilities. His last album featured the likes of Duff McKagen from Guns N’ Roses, Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Pepper, Elton John, and even rapper Post Malone.

Are you ready for a new album from Ozzy already? What is your all-time favorite Osbourne or Black Sabbath song?
