Oops! Hammett Botches Song Intro

Even rock stars make mistakes.
Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett botched the intro to “Nothing Else Matters” during the band’s headlining set last night at the Boston Calling festival in Massachusetts.
After teasing a few notes of Boston’s “More Than A Feeling,” Hammett screwed up the opening notes to the Metallica classic before playfully falling to the floor.
He then quickly stood back up and told the audience, “Sorry, guys. You’re so kicka**. I got distracted by how kicka** you are.”
