It’s one of the greatest albums of the ‘Unplugged’ era and one of Kurt Cobain’s final performances. Now Nirvana’s legendary MTV Unplugged In New York album is getting a deluxe 25th anniversary vinyl release.

The two-disc vinyl set includes the original album plus five rehearsal performances, previously only available on the DVD version.

And if you’re not a vinyl collector, don’t worry – the full set, including the bonus tracks, will also be released on streaming platforms. The set will be out Nov. 1st.

What’s your favorite ‘Unplugged’ album? Should MTV bring back ‘Unplugged’?
