Nichelle Nichols’ Ashes Will Be Going To Space On Vulcan Rocket

Nichelle Nichols, who starred in Star Trek, and other members of the infamous enterprise will be taken into space by Vulcan rocket real soon.

Nichols’ ashes will be taken into orbit later this year along with Gene Roddenberry and Majel Barrett Roddenberry’s ashes.

Nichols’ son said, “I’m sure she would have much preferred to go on the shuttle, but this was a pretty close second.”
