Neil Young has never been one to sell out for the latest fad. And that includes the modern trend of artists performing full albums in concert.

In fact, Young recently revealed that he turned down “millions of dollars” for a tour playing his classic 1972 album Harvest.

During an appearance on Conan O’Brien’s podcast, Young said “Everyone who played on Harvest is dead. I don’t want to do that. How about planting instead of harvesting?”

Young recently released a new album with Crazy Horse, Colorado, and talked about doing a “democracy tour” next year.

What do you think of the play-a-full-album-live trend? Is it selling out? Which album would you most like to see performed live?
