Neil Peart, Drummer and Lyricist of Rush, Dead at 67

Neil Peart, the drummer and lyricist for Rush, has passed away at age 67.
According to a family spokesperson, Peart passed from brain cancer, which he had been quietly battling for three-and-a-half years, in Santa Monica, California. A representative for the band confirmed the news to Rolling Stone.
