If you remember when the Motley Crue’s “Dr. Feelgood” was released, you might want to brace yourself. The classic album is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

The band is celebrating the milestone by trying to milk more money out of the outrageously successful album. To do so, two new versions of “Dr. Feelgood” are being released: An anniversary edition, which will feature never-before-heard studio demos; and the deluxe edition, which will include an album pressed on “Coke bottle green” vinyl, a CD, three seven-inch picture discs, a prescription pad, a deck of cards, a pair of drumstick-shaped pens, badges, guitar picks and a “Dr. Feelgood” doctor’s bag. Both are due November 29th.

When it was originally released in 1981, “Dr. Feelgood” debuted at number one and went on to sell more than seven million copies. It also produced five hit singles and earned the members of Motley Crue their first two Grammy nominations.

What’s Motley Crue’s best song? What exactly do fans do with all the doo-dads that come with “deluxe” re-releases?
