Metallica’s New Whiskey ‘Sonically Enhanced’ By Their Latest Album

Metallica’s latest batch of whiskey is ‘sonically enhanced‘ by their latest album, the orchestral S&M2.

The band’s BLACKENED brand whiskey uses a special process in which sound waves from Metallica music are used to “extract more flavor from the wood of the whiskey barrels”.

Guitarist Kirk Hammett said the reaction to S&M2 has been “incredible” and that “we’re thrilled to be able to bring those same S&M2 vibes to BLACKENED”.

Do you think you can really taste the ‘sonic enhancement’, or is it just a marketing ploy? Have you tried any of the ‘rock star’ liquors?
