Metallica, Green Day Part of Global Citizen Live

Metallica and Green Day are among the performers joining in for the Global Citizen Live special.

The 24-hour event will begin airing on September 25 and will also feature Coldplay and Duran Duran.

The event will continue its year-long goal towards ending Covid-19, as well as urging lobbyists to focus on taking on climate change and ending poverty.

Global Citizen Live will be broadcast on television networks and online services.
