Former Screaming Trees and Queens of the Stone Age singer Mark Lanegan says COVID-19 left him in a coma and “completely deaf” last year.
Lanegan tells his story in the upcoming memoir Devil In A Coma – claiming the virus left him “slipping in and out of a coma, unable to walk or function for several months and fearing for his life.”
A spokesman for Lanegan says his hearing has returned but that “his health is up and down”.
Devil In A Coma will be out Dec. 14th.
Do you know anyone whose COVID symptoms included deafness?
