Lars Says Metallica 40th Anniversary Shows Were An “Otherworldly Experience”

Metallica celebrated their 40th anniversary last week with two concerts in their hometown of San Francisco – and Lars Ulrich is still feeling the love.
On Instagram, Ulrich wrote “It’s taking me two days just to start coming down from this otherworldly experience…”
He made sure to thank the fans, adding “Metallica is not me or you. Metallica is all of us.”
