Johnson & Johnson Pauses Vaccine Trials Due To ‘Unexplained Illness’

Johnson & Johnson has paused clinical trials for its COVID-19 vaccine, due to an “unexplained illness” in one test patient.
In a statement, the company said illnesses are “an expected part of any clinical study” and promised “transparent updates”. They did not offer any more information on the patient’s condition.
Johnson & Johnson launched its final trial phase several weeks ago. It’s one of several U.S.-backed companies working on a coronavirus vaccine.
When do you think a vaccine will become available? Will you trust it when it comes out?
