Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Classroom-Instrument’ Plays ‘Yellow Submarine’ with Ringo Starr

“Yellow Submarine” is the latest song to get the classroom-instrument treatment from The Tonight Show.
Appearing with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots on Tuesday for the late-night show’s “live week,” Ringo Starr performed the Beatles classic on a tiny three-piece drum kit, backed by a band of kazoos, woodblocks, xylophones, and shakers.
The set was even designed to look like the 1968 film by the same title and included animations.
Earlier this month, the Fab Four legend teamed up with former bandmate Paul McCartney on John Lennon’s “Grow Old With Me”. His latest release, What’s My Name, will be out October 25th.
Which has been some of your favorite Fallon classroom-instrument segments?
