Jennifer Hudson may not have won “American Idol” (in fact she left WAYYYY earlier than anyone thought she should), but she’s racked up an impressive display of awards since!

She now has reached EGOT status winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony awards!

Her first was the big one, the Oscar for her role in “Dreamgirls” in 2007. Then came two Grammys for her self-titled debut album in 2009. She earned a daytime Emmy for producing and lending her voice to the animated short, Baby Yaga. And now, she adds a Tony for producing A Strange Loop, which won the Tony for Best Musical.

She might have to get a few more dogs now!  She said, “I got a dog and named it Oscar, and then I won my Oscar. And then I got a dog and named it Grammy, and then I won my Grammy,” she said at the time. “So I think I should get some dogs and name them Emmy and Tony — and it’ll give me good luck, and I’ll win. [They’re] like my good luck charms.”
