Hurricane Ian Devastates Many Areas Of Florida

The death toll is expected to rise as recovery efforts start in many parts of Florida devastated by Hurricane Ian. At least 12 were lost and Fort Myers Beach appears hardest hit, as well as Captiva, Sanibel and other parts of southwestern Florida.

Some 250,000 Floridians are displaced while wiped out bridges are making rescue efforts difficult not being able to get on or off island areas.
