Alice Cooper is looking for fans to appear in the video for his upcoming track “Don’t Give Up.”

“I know these times are hard, but there is hope,” Cooper says. “I wrote a new song, ‘Don’t Give Up.’ I want my minions to be a part of this special song.” To do so, the video will feature a montage of fans, holding up cards that display each word of the song. For a chance to be among them, write down one word from the song’s lyrics and take a photo or video of yourself holding it up, Cooper says. He’ll select the “best” submissions for the video.

Entries should be uploaded at AliceCooper.com before May 4th, Cooper says. “Don’t Give Up” is set to drop on May 15th.

What’s the closest you’ve come to a rock star? Could a song become a hit without a video to back it up?
