A German court ruled a hangover a legitimate illness after suing a marketing company for a “anti-hangover” powder claiming it was false.

An illness should be broadly defined as “any slight, or even temporary, disruption of the bodies normal condition or normal activity.”
Isn’t it convenient that they ruled this right before Oktoberfest?
