Fans who want to hear what Def Leppard sounded like in their early days will soon have the chance.

The Brit rockers will drop a live album featuring a previously never-heard performance recorded in 1980 as they toured behind their debut LP, On Through The Night.

Joe Elliott hints in a recent interview that the release is “warts and all” and will be a companion piece to their anniversary celebration plans.

Wrapping their 12-night Las Vegas residency last month, the frontman admits he’d like to do another “at some point in the future.”
