Clark Memorial Bridge is OPEN in ALL Lanes Including Sidewalks

I think we can all collectively say FINALLY!!!
The Clark Memorial Bridge, AKA 2nd Street Bridge, is FINALLY open again in all lanes! SO MUCH YES especially to the Hoosiers!
The lanes reopened to vehicle and pedestrian traffic at 5 a.m. on Monday September 23.
The maintenance project to clean and repaint the 90-year structure yellow finished more than a month ahead of schedule.
