President Biden is calling on Congress to make sure every American has legal access to abortion.

After the Supreme Court’s decision on Friday, Biden urged Congress to codify Roe v. Wade as federal law.

Biden called it a “sad day for the court and for the country” and said “the health and life of women in this nation are now at risk”.

It’s unlikely Congressional lawmakers would have enough votes to codify Roe v. Wade, and the White House is limited in what it can do to guarantee abortion access.

What should Biden’s next move be?  How big a factor will Roe v. Wade be in the 2022 midterm elections?
